73% of period tracker apps share user data with third-party companies, data brokers, and advertisers. For many apps, your most intimate health data — period dates, pregnancy attempts, sexual activity — is a product they sell. Luna was built to be architecturally different.
Luna is developed by Rahat Labs, an independent developer. The mission is simple: create a beautiful, accurate cycle tracker that genuinely cannot share your data — because it never holds a server-side copy in the first place.
Luna stores all cycle logs, symptom records, moods, and private notes in a local database on your own device. When you delete the app, your data is gone. We have no copy. We never did.

All cycle data lives in SQLite on your phone. Luna has no server-side cycle database and no technical ability to access your logs.
No banner ads, no rewarded videos, no ad SDKs. Luna is funded entirely by users who choose to subscribe to Premium.
Local backups are encrypted with AES-256 using your own key. Luna cannot decrypt or access this backup.
Share your upcoming cycle phase with a partner using an encrypted QR code — no server involved. They see phase context only, never your private logs or notes.
Local push notifications for upcoming periods, fertile windows, and PMS windows — scheduled on-device only, never routed through a server.
A color-coded calendar displays period days, fertile window, ovulation, and each cycle phase — all computed on-device, nothing sent to servers.
Luna predicts your ovulation date and fertile window based on your personal cycle history — useful for pregnancy planning and cycle awareness. On-device only.
Luna contains no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any behavioral tracking library. Your in-app behavior is yours alone.
